That is why we work with a company that provides us with a locker system distributed throughout Buenos Aires, where we look for the locker closest to the apartment to be able to leave the key. In cases where for specific reasons we cannot offer this system, we offer alternatives so that the guest can enter the apartment in an agile and comfortable way. Before arrival, we send you all the information through the “Guest Portal” so that you can have all the information to have a nice stay.
We offer a basic maintenance service in the apartment. In case the incident requires a specialized technician, we have different providers who can take care of the repairs that are necessary to cover any unforeseen events and guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. If necessary due to the seriousness of the matter, we will contact you to inform you about the issue.
We take professional photos and create the Airbnb listing. For each reservation, we verify the guest's identity, request the necessary information (ID or Passport), communicate with guests in different languages and at different stages of the reservation. All our actions are aimed at ensuring quality of service and positioning of the listings.
