What does RentAR Baires' maintenance service consist of?
The maintenance service is included in the complete management service of RentAR Baires. We can differentiate 3 levels of services depending on the type of problem:
Basic Maintenance: Our maintenance team, available 365 days a year, will be responsible for purchasing any supplies that need to be replaced or solving any incident that does not require a specialized technician.
Specialized technical attention: RentAR Baires It has specialist suppliers (plumbers, electricians, appliance technicians, air and heating technicians) to assist the home and resolve the problem prior to an estimate.
Coordination with home insurance: We will take care of managing the insurance visit if you have to attend to any covered damage caused in the apartment.
Can I control maintenance costs?
The operations department of RentAR Baires will work to optimize the actions that are necessary in the home. None of the actions that require specialized technical assistance will be carried out without the owner's approval of the budget.
Damages caused by tenants will be reviewed at check-out and claimed through the appropriate channels.
