What does RentAR Baires' maintenance service consist of?

The maintenance service is included in the complete management service of RentAR Baires. We can differentiate 3 levels of services depending on the type of problem:

 
Basic Maintenance: Our maintenance team, available 365 days a year, will be responsible for purchasing any supplies that need to be replaced or solving any incident that does not require a specialized technician.

Specialized technical attention: RentAR Baires It has specialist suppliers (plumbers, electricians, appliance technicians, air and heating technicians) to assist the home and resolve the problem prior to an estimate.

Coordination with home insurance: We will take care of managing the insurance visit if you have to attend to any covered damage caused in the apartment.

Can I control maintenance costs?

The operations department of RentAR Baires will work to optimize the actions that are necessary in the home. None of the actions that require specialized technical assistance will be carried out without the owner's approval of the budget.

Damages caused by tenants will be reviewed at check-out and claimed through the appropriate channels.

Cleaning

We offer a professional cleaning service where the rooms are prepared and presented with high-quality bed linen and towels provided by us, as well as with different bathroom and kitchen amenities for the enjoyment of guests. We take advantage of the check-out to check that everything is in perfect condition.

Guest service

Through our guest service, we are in constant communication with guests 365 days a year before and during their stay. We provide any type of assistance to ensure a 5-star stay.

Chek-In

Based on our experience, we believe that an important aspect for the guest is to have autonomy and independence to access the apartment, so that they can manage their time. That is why we work with a company that provides us with a locker system distributed throughout Buenos Aires, where we look for the locker closest to the apartment to be able to leave the key. In cases where for specific reasons we cannot offer this system, we offer alternatives so that the guest can enter the apartment in an agile and comfortable way. Before arrival, we send you all the information through the “Guest Portal” so that you can have all the information to have a nice stay. 

Maintenance

We offer a basic maintenance service in the apartment. In case the incident requires a specialized technician, we have different providers who can take care of the repairs that are necessary to cover any unforeseen events and guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. If necessary due to the seriousness of the matter, we will contact you to inform you about the issue.

Online Management

We take professional photos and create the Airbnb listing. For each reservation, we verify the guest's identity, request the necessary information (ID or Passport), communicate with guests in different languages ​​and at different stages of the reservation. All our actions are aimed at ensuring quality of service and positioning of the listings.
